Easy 7-Day Exchange & Return 

1. Eligibility: Refund or Return offers an Easy 7-Day Exchange & Return policy from the date of delivery for all attar/perfume products.
2. Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for exchange or return. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
3. How to Request: To initiate an exchange or return, contact us at help.scentiore.perfumes@gmail.com  within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the product.
4. Return Shipping: Once your request is approved, please return the product in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective products
5. Processing Time: Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
6. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
7. Exchanges: Customers can choose an exchange for another product of equal value, subject to stock availability. Any price difference must be settled before shipping the exchanged product.
8. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at help.scentiore.perfumes@gmail.com. Refund or Return will cover shipping costs in such cases.
